Team Registration/ Check in information- BOYS

Team Registration - Electronic Registration or Friday Night Registration

Electronic Registration is available until Tuesday April 18th, 12:00Midnight for the Boys weekend

Please review all the following information:

1) Electronic Check-in: Teams have the option of Electronic Check-in: DEADLINE FOR E-Check in is Tuesday: April 18th- 11:59pm for the Boys Weekend

a) Official USYS State Roster / or/ US Club Soccer Roster / or/ USSAA / or National organization roster (if other) : with all players that will be playing on the roster - including guest players - can be written in: all players need to have uniform numbers on the rosters.  (NOTE: a GOTSoccer website printing is not a USYS state roster).

b) Medical Release forms (any form- there is not a specific tournament form to use)

c) Player ID cards - we need the front scanned and sent it

d) For teams outside of Alabama: Permission to travel per your national association policies.  Not required if using US Club or USSAA rosters and cards.  (note: the permission to host form is on the website)

e.    DO NOT SUBMIT documents electronically until all documents are ready- submit everything at one time! NAME YOUR DOCUMENTS WITH YOUR TEAM NAME     (DO NOT EMAIL your documents).  We cannot identify documents unless the team name is in the name of the document.  We will have over 1000 documents in the system and cannot research each document to match it to a team.

g.       You will receive confirmation by Thursday at 1200noon if everything is approved or if anything is needed.

Teams will then receive confirmed registration acceptance and a scanned tournament approved stamped roster. Print 4 copies of this stamped roster to bring to the matches. Also, There will be a tournament packet of information for your team to pick up at Tournament Headquarters (main central building at Jack Allen Complex: 2616 Modaus rd SW) on Friday night April 8th that will include your parking passes or can receive them Saturday morning. 

Friday Night Check-in 630pm-900pm: Friday Night check in- for all teams that do not check in via the Electronic Check-in (NOTE: THERE IS NOT SATURDAY MORNING CHECK-IN):

Teams will need to bring:

a.  5 COPIES of: Official State Roster / or/ US Club Soccer Roster / or National organization roster (if other) : with all players that will be playing on the roster - including guest players - can be written in: all players need to have uniform numbers on the rosters.

b. Medical Release forms (any form- there is not a specific tournament form to use)

c. Player ID cards -    (international teams:  may use passports as a secondary option) 

d. for teams outside of Alabama: Permission to travel per your national association policies. Note: not required US Club Soccer and USSAA rosters and cards.   (NOTE:  international teams need a travel permission letter from their national federation) 

Teams will receive 4 stamped rosters in return which they will need to bring to all matches. 

3) Game Procedures: Teams will be responsible for having all rosters/ player cards/ medical releases/ at each game.  Teams will provide a stamped tournament roster to the game officials of each game -

4) Parking Passes: 2 team parking passes will be available for each participating team. These will be available to be picked up at the Friday night. Onsite parking passes will be available for sale for $10 each, this is a requirement and support for the Decatur Parks and Recreation Department. If these are not picked up here, they will be available at tournament headquarters, starting Saturday morning, and the team manager will be allowed to enter without paying to pick up the parking passes Saturday morning if necessary.
