Team Check in information

ALL TEAM MUST CHECK IN BY ELECTRONIC CHECK IN

Instructions below of what is needed and How to Upload - 

When uploading you will only be able to upload one file per document field.

You will upload into GOTSport all the following for Team Check in:

A) Official State Roster / or/ US Club Soccer Roster / or National organization roster (if other) : with all players that will be playing on the roster - with uniform numbers on the rosters [the rosters must be uploaded – we do not use the GOTSport generated rosters that some registrations systems use]- upload the official roster. 

NOTE:  Guest players - can be written in on the rosters:  all players need to have uniform numbers on the rosters.  Guest players must have player card, medical release, and guest player form from your state association if required.

 

B) Covid 19 Protocol and Medical Liability Consent Form: This covers medical releases so you do not have to upload them all -  All families and staff must sign - HERE

 

C)  Player ID Cards- from a national/ state soccer governing body – such as USSSA, USYS State Associations, SAY Soccer, and US Club Soccer.  

 

D) For teams outside of Alabama:  Permission to travel ( If required) 

 

E) Teams will receive a stamped roster in return by August 31st which they will need print 4 copies and bring to all matches.   This will be emailed to the listed PRIMARY CONTACT on the GOTSport tournament team registration- if this needs to be a different person, please update your GOTSport application information. 


Teams will then receive confirmed registration acceptance and a scanned tournament approved stamped roster. Print 4 copies of this stamped roster to bring to the matches.  

 

Parking Passes: 2 team parking passes will be available for each participating team. These will be available to be picked up Saturday morning at tournament headquarters, team managers will be allowed in to receive them. Onsite parking passes will be available for sale for $10 each, this is a requirement and support for the Decatur Parks and Recreation Department.

Please note: Online schedules are the most up to date and will be where any schedule changes or weather related adjusted would be made. Communication procedures for any changes during the tournament will be made via these email blasts to team contacts and updating the website with information.

Game Procedures: Teams will be responsible for having all rosters/ player cards/ medical releases/ at each game. Teams will provide a stamped tournament roster to the game officials of each game – TEAMS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GAME CARDS – only the team rosters, player cards, medical releases
