Age groups and competition levels vary by cup. Start with the published event details, then ask the tournament office to confirm the right division and availability for your team.
Each tournament page lists its published fees by age group. Check deadlines and the current registration provider’s total charge and terms before applying.
Confirm the event’s hotel and travel requirements before booking. Philadelphia’s archived edition used HBC Event Services for stay-to-play accommodation; requirements for your chosen event come from its tournament team.
Open your tournament for its published venue and schedule-release information. Las Vegas lists Craig Ranch Regional Park and a schedule release two weeks before the event. Final schedules come from the event team.
Follow the official provider’s instructions and watch the team contact email for event communication. Direct questions about acceptance, check-in, payment, cancellation or travel to the tournament office.
