The work behind the weekend

A tournament has a lot of moving parts.
Give them one plan.

Start with the support your club needs. Together, we define the responsibilities, resources and budget for your event.

01

Tournament planning

Turn the idea into an operating plan.

Event format, age groups, competition levels, date window, field capacity and the work needed before launch.

02

Registration + communication

Give teams a clear way in.

Entry setup, published event information, application deadlines, team questions and pre-event instructions.

03

Scheduling + competition

Build the plan behind every game.

Divisions, game formats, field allocation, schedule preparation and coordination around officials and competition rules.

04

Game-day operations

Bring the moving parts together.

Tournament headquarters, check-in arrangements, staff roles, field readiness and on-site communication.

05

Venues + team travel

Plan the experience around the field.

Facility coordination, destination relationships and discussion of accommodation and travel requirements.

06

Review + next edition

Use this event to build the next one.

A post-event review of operations, team feedback and the improvements to carry into the next tournament.

These are areas to scope with PSS. The proposal confirms the services, staffing, third-party costs and responsibilities for your tournament.

Built around your club

Keep the club at the center.
Put experience behind it.

Your tournament should reflect your community and goals. Start with what you want the event to achieve, then build the management plan around it.

Discuss the event name, branding, competition, club involvement and commercial structure before work begins. Put the agreed scope in writing so everyone knows who is responsible for what.

From the first conversation to the final whistle

One plan.
A clear working relationship.

Whether your tournament already exists or starts with an idea, the first step is understanding the event.

  1. 01

    Discover

Share the club’s goals, location, dates, available fields, age groups and expected team count. Tell us what works today and where you need help.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

Review the operating approach, responsibilities, staffing, budget and management terms. Agree the plan before committing to delivery.

  3. 03

    Build + deliver

Work through the agreed milestones for event setup, team communication, schedules and the on-site operation.

  4. 04

    Review + improve

Review the tournament together. Capture feedback, operating lessons and priorities for the next edition.

Agree the details early

Know who owns
each part of the plan.

Use the first conversation to establish the working relationship. Your proposal should answer these questions.

  • Identity + decision makingHow will the club’s name, branding and approvals work?
  • People + deliveryWho supplies staff, volunteers, officials and venue support?
  • Money + event termsWho sets fees, receives entries, pays costs and handles cancellations?
  • Communication + reportingWho speaks to teams, handles changes and reviews the event?

The operator behind Club Circuit

Experience built
across the PSS portfolio.

Premier Soccer Services began in 2007 as an events and consulting organization. Club Circuit brings that tournament-management experience into a conversation about your club’s event.

Discuss your event →
Is Club Circuit a tournament we enter?

Club Circuit is the PSS route for clubs seeking tournament-management services. If your team wants to enter an existing PSS event, explore Copa Rayados, International Cup Series or Shootout instead.

Can we bring an existing tournament?

Yes. Tell us about the event’s history, current operation and the support you want. The conversation can also start with a new tournament idea.

Can our club keep its tournament identity?

Bring your existing name, logo and brand expectations to the discussion. The proposal should confirm how tournament identity, approvals and the PSS relationship will work.

Do we have to hand over every part of the event?

Start by identifying what your club wants to retain and what you want PSS to manage. The available support and division of responsibilities are agreed for the event.

What does tournament management cost?

Pricing depends on the agreed scope, event size, staffing, facilities and third-party requirements. Share your event details so PSS can discuss a proposal. No standard fee or revenue split is published here.

Can we discuss a sport other than soccer?

Include your sport in the enquiry. PSS can discuss whether the event, timing and operating requirements are a fit. Availability and the service scope need to be confirmed.

What do you need from us first?

Start with your club, sport, city, proposed dates and an approximate team count. If the event already exists, share its website and the main challenges you want to solve.
